Shipping to Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry will take a maximum of 3 business days, 4 business days to ship to Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, 5 business days to ship to other states and 7 business days for overseas shipments.
We will process the orders by next day from the date of receipt of the order. If any issue in the payment, our payment gateway team will intimate to us. We will process that type of orders after clearing the issue.
You can intimate the new address via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, if there is any change in the shipping address. However, it would be impossible to change the delivery address if the particular order has already been shipped before receiving your email.
If our Payment Gateway Team finds any incorrect details while checking your order, they will ask you for some documents for verification purpose to complete the process. This is called Manual Authorisation.
An instant e-mail with the information about the shipment of your order will be sent to you, as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier agency. Also, we will update you with a Tracking Number within 24 hours so as to let you track your shipment on your own.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange/replace the product provided that it is unused and is in their original condition. Exchange/replacement must be made within three days from the date of delivery, and only one exchange per item is permitted.
All replacement/exchanged goods should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice should be enclosed with it. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return-shipping charges will be applicable.
