Does not include the following items

• Products which have been used, worn, altered or washed.
• Damaged items and anything which cannot be turned back to normal (how it was at the time of sale).
• Sealed products where the packaging has been opened (eg: packed toys)
• Imitation jewellery, Under garments, Cosmetics & Cut down items etc., cannot be exchanged at all.
• No exchange on discount sale items.
